Day 1: Cochin -Alleppey
Upon arrival at Cochin you will be driven to Alleppey. On reaching Alleppey, you will check-in at the Resort/hotel and later visit the Ayurveda doctor (Vaidya) for consultation. Rest of the day you will be at leisure. Overnight stay will be at the resort/hotel.

Day 2 - Day 8: Ayurvedic Therapy at Alleppey
The Ayurvedic therapy/treatment will begin on the second day and continue for the next seven days. The Ayurveda doctor/Vaidya plans your Ayurvedic treatment programme on the basis of consultation with you. He will suggest you proper diet and other important guidelines so that the therapy commences in the right earnest. It is advisable that during your Ayurveda treatment/therapy you should avoid alcohol, tobacco and follow a strict vegetarian diet so that you get the best results. The Ayurveda therapy involves various herbal massages, steam baths and yoga.

Day 9: Alleppey
The Ayurveda and rejuvenation therapy is over and you find a rejuvenated and completely relaxed individual within yourself. It is advisable that after a weeklong massage and therapy you must relax to allow your body to re-adjust. In evening you can go for sightseeing that will include Alleppey beach, Krishnapuram palace etc. Overnight stay will be at resort.

Day 10: Alleppey - Cochin
After a long Ayurveda therapy it's time now to enjoy in the lap of nature by taking a houseboat ride in the famous backwaters of Alleppey. Late in the afternoon you will be driven to Cochin. Upon arrival at Cochin you will check-in at hotel. Overnight stay will be at hotel.

Day 11: Departure Cochin
After a refreshing and rejuvenating Ayurveda therapy it is time for you to say good-bye to the experience called Kerala. Our representative will transfer you to the airport for flight back home.
